So many exciting things are happening at the moment. It can be hard to keep up.
In the beginning of November, I went to Nykøbing Mors where I played a very special show at Limfjordsteatret. Two choreographers created the show with drama students from the local high school and I made the soundtrack along with another visually impaired musician, the singer and guitarist Ria Qvist.
On the 5th of December I’m going to the DMA Jazz awards. DMA Jazz is the biggest jazz award show in Denmark. I’ll be playing solo and playing in a totally dark Store Vega in Copenhagen. But not only that, I’m also nominated as Jazz Composer of the year for Richard Andersson NOR Undo. This nomination is shared with Óskar Guðjónsson, Hilmar Jensson and Anne Efternøler, who has contributed with some of their compositions.

The single is the first from an upcoming album with Jeff “Tain” Watts and Carl Winther.
We had so much fun being on tour and recording this summer. The single sums up pretty good what a power house Jeff is and how much energy is in this trio.
